Baby Deli offers Free Shipping from purchases over 65 EUROS delivered in peninsular Spain.This promotion does not apply to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Baby Deli reserves the right to offer or publicise the prive of delivery costs for specific promotions.

You may request the Home delivery, in countries where we have a network of stores and online store.The time the product(s) take(s) to arrive will vary depending on the type of delivery selected.

Home Delivery:
  • Pen�nsula: delivery time of 24/72* WORKING HOURS (from confirmation of payment for the purchase, except for orders paid cash on delivery **), at a cost of 4,95 euros (VAT included).
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra:delivery time of 24/72* hours at a cost of 10,99 euros (VAT included).
  • Canary Islands:delivery time 6 to 12 days, at a cost of 11,95 euros (VAT included).
  • Portugal:delivery time of 24/72* hours at a cost of 5,99 euros (VAT included).

* The estimated delivery time for products sent in the Iberian Peninsula (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) is 24 to 72 hours via SEUR�s 24-hour service, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The delivery time of 24 to 72 hours will be applicable to orders whose payment is made and confirmed before 3.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
** The delivery man will not give change, which means you must have the exact amount ready for orders paid cash on delivery. You can check the status of your order at any time via the link provided by email with a tracking number.

Shipping prices for international packages are calculated regarding a maximum weight of 10kg. In case an order would exceed 10kg, we will contact our customer to adjust the shipping charges.

Baby Deli is not liable for customs costs, and the importation taxes will not be included in the price of the article or in the delivery costs, and will have to be paid at the destination by the person receiving the goods.

Baby Deli is not liable for the shipping times once the materials leave its warehouse, unless an express delivery date has been specifically agreed with the CUSTOMER.

Baby Deli will not be responsible for any losses caused by problems with the packaging, delivery mistakes, discrepancies or the total or partial loss of deliveries, unless Baby Deli is informed in writing within seven working days of the delivery of the material.

If any visible damage is detected in the packaging or product itself at the moment of delivery, the CUSTOMER must indicate this in the delivery note signed by the delivery man. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted for any such damage.

Returns

Returns made via www.babydeli.com are always free.

Items must be returned in the same country where they were purchased.

The period for returns will be the same period applicable for our network of stores: 30 days from the date of purchase, except for perishable foodstuffs, which will not be accepted for returning.

The products must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label and receipt. It will not be possible to return or exchange perishable foodstuffs.

You may request to return an item from your home via our Customer Service helpline on +34 636427444. Once we have checked all the details, we will send a delivery service to collect your parcel within 24 hours of your request (whenever possible).

After verifying that the products are in perfect condition, we will refund the amount to the same account used to pay for the order. This will take a few days, but may vary depending on your bank.

f an incorrect amount is refunded to your account, you must contact our Customer Service department.

Babydeli.com reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent outside of the established period, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. Baby Deli will not accept the return of any product, unless faulty, in cases in which the product has been made or modified according to the CUSTOMER�S specifications, or when it has been clearly personalised on the CUSTOMER�S request.

Exchanges

Products bought at www.babydeli.com can be exchanged, providing they are in perfect condition.

In order to exchange an item from home, you have to request a return and make a new online purchase.

Items must be exchanged in the same countries in which they were purchased.

The period for exchanges will be the same period applicable for our network of stores: 30 days from the date of purchase, except for perishable foodstuffs, which cannot be exchanged.
